Consultation:

Once we receive your request for a free consultation, we will reach out to you to discuss your vision, timeline and budget.

Site Visit:

We will schedule a site visit to evaluate the space and gather more specific details about your vision/ project and answer any further questions.

Design/Planning:

Your vision and budget and “must haves” are prioritized as we develop a more detailed plan to complete your project. We will also review preliminary sketches and include a third-party design team if needed.

Estimate/Contract:

We will sit down and review a detailed estimate, project timeline, and a payment schedule. Both parties are required to sign a contract and a deposit needs to be submitted to move forward in the project.

Permits/Approvals:

We will obtain any necessary permits, unless otherwise stated, and all work shall comply with local and state building codes.

Preparation:

Materials will be ordered and scheduled for delivery. Any other subcontractors will be scheduled, and the site will be carefully prepared prior to Step 3, demolition.

Demolition:

We will remove debris and prep the area for the remainder of the project, with the end vision being of utmost importance.

Build:

This is where your vision is brought to life! Starting with the rough work of framing, electric plumbing and insulation and continuing all the way to final touches and the last strokes of the paint brush.

Final Inspection:

A final inspection and client walk through is completed prior to final approval, and final payment is provided.
