Patrick Seyfried’s early days in remodeling came out of necessity. As a kid, he helped with projects around the house because his parents didn’t have the resources to hire contractors. That hands-on mindset carried into adulthood—when he purchased his first home in his early 20s, and spent countless hours turning it into the vision he had for it. Over time, he continued tackling his own projects and helping friends and family with theirs, honing his skills and learning from anyone willing to teach him something new.

In 2018, he started CinCity Properties with a focus on buying and rehabbing distressed homes. He fell in love with the process of taking something overlooked or neglected and turning it into something great. Between rehabs, he began remodeling homes for others, and the demand quickly grew. Homeowners were searching for reliable contractors who valued craftsmanship, communication, and integrity. Seeing this need, he shifted direction—and CinCity Remodeling was born.

As a small company, he is involved in every project, providing a personal and intimate experience from start to finish. While his team can take on projects of all sizes, he intentionally limits how many they accept at once. This ensures every client receives their full attention, with consistent communication and the highest level of quality and care. He prides himself not only on the work produced, but more importantly, on the integrity with which he operates the company. A motto he lives by is —and passes on to every member of CinCity Remodeling—is simple, “Always do what’s right.” If we stay committed to that, the rest will follow.

When not working with clients, walking job sites, or brainstorming new ideas for the company, he loves spending time with his family. They are his biggest supporters and inspire him every day to be the best version of himself. The family values that shaped him growing up are the same values he brings into his business and every customer relationship.

FOREMAN

With over 14 years of experience in the residential construction industry, Justin Douglas brings extensive hands-on knowledge and craftsmanship to every project. He began his career working for a custom homebuilder, where he learned the ins and outs of residential construction and developed a strong foundation in quality and detail.

For the past decade, Justin has continued to grow his skill set, mastering many “tricks of the trade” and taking pride in delivering exceptional results. What he values most about working with CinCity Remodeling is the company’s commitment to excellence — the drive to perform at a higher level and create lasting spaces that truly reflect each client’s vision.

Among the many projects he’s completed, Justin especially enjoys those that enhance his clients’ daily lives — spaces their families can use and appreciate for years to come.

Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife and son. His favorite pastime is helping his son grow and succeed in sports and in life.

Motivated by the opportunity to help clients achieve their dream homes, Justin lives by the advice to “stand apart from the rest — be resourceful and respectful.” His personal motto on every job is simple: “Treat each home as if it were my own, and always leave it better than when I arrived.”

REMODELING CREW MEMBER

Jordan started working in this industry a little over a year and a half ago. What he enjoys most about CinCity Remodeling is that everyone shares the same goal: making sure the client is happy throughout the entire process and with the finished result. What motivates him is the desire to keep improving and to contribute to the team’s overall productivity.

One of Jordan’s favorite type of remodeling projects is building decks. He enjoys seeing the complete transformation on a home’s appearance and providing clients more space to relax and spend time with family and friends.

Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, hunting, and spending time with his wife and son. One of his favorite pastimes is getting together with friends and family to watch games and just hang out.

A piece of advice that has always stuck with him is to “Take pride in your work—it represents not only you but also the company.”

A motto he lives by is, “Do things the right way, even when nobody is looking.”
