Our Process at a Glance

We provide a free consultation to discuss your vision, timeline and budget. We will coordinate a site visit to gather more information and specific details about the space and answer any questions. As we enter the planning phase, we will sit down with you and review goals and “must haves” and budget range. As we discuss further details of the project. we will present preliminary sketches and discuss and plan finishes. A third party design team is an available option if needed.

CinCity will provide a detailed estimate, including a project timeline, contract verbiag;e and payment draw timeline. Once a deposit is received and both parties have signed the contract, your project will be scheduled. Any necessary permits and approvals will be obtained, and we will order materials and schedule their delivery as well as coordinate any additional subcontractors. Finally we will take the important step to carefully prep all areas prior to demolition.

Once all debris has been cleared and all areas in the job site are prepared we will enter the exciting phase of bringing your vision to life. Starting with the rough work of framing, electric, plumbing, and insulation and continuing all the way to the final finished and the last strokes of a paint brush. We will complete a final inspection as well as a quality control client walk through for final approval and to create a punch out list. This list is generally made in collaboration with the client and will be completed by our team prior to final payment.
